When we visit a customer, we are offering suggestions and new ideas for improved efficiencies, bottom line savings, and product protection. We are continually evaluating our processes to identify areas for improvement as well as welcoming suggestions from all customers. Customer CommunicationEach order or request that is received will quickly have a response, even if that response is 'We have received your order/request and are working on it. We will have confirmation or more information for you shortly.' All requests are generally completed within a few hours, while the more complicated ones may take 24-48 hours. However, we will keep you informed each step of the way. ConsistencyWe have a process for handling each process in our business. When you reach out to our offices, no matter who you speak with, he or she has full access to quotes, order histories, and current projects; no more waiting for someone to come back from lunch or vacation. In addition, handling each activity in the same way, from quoting to shipping, improves efficiencies and reduces errors. Partner RelationshipsPackaging Hero evaluates all partners based on a series of criteria before beginning a new relationship. In addition, we are continuously assessing current partners based on abilities, lead time, competitive pricing, and overall performance. Non-ConformitiesAlthough we strive for perfection, sometimes things go wrong. When this happens, we have a formal process in place to handle each situation. This process begins with a non-conformity being issued which recognizes the issue and details the compliant. When warranted, a corrective action is initiated which requires a root cause analysis and a documented plan to prevent recurrence. Improved Customer SatisfactionOur customers are the most important aspect of our business and we want each one to feel valued. At the end of each year we send out a customer satisfaction survey which invites customers to share the good and any concerns.
